Before you set off for the farm, here are some frequently asked questions that may help you plan your visit. We hope they make your trip to Grappenhall Christmas Trees feel easy, relaxed and full of festive spirit.
What are your opening hours?
We open for the 2025 Christmas season with our First to the Field weekend on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November. From Friday 21 November we will be officially open for the season with our daily hours as follows:
Mon–Thu: 12:00–18:00
Fri: 10:00–19:00
Sat: 09:00–17:00
Sun: 10:00–16:00
Any updates or unexpected changes to our hours will be shared on our home page, as well as on our Facebook page and Instagram, so you can always check the latest before you visit.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer delivery within ten miles of our farm. This service is perfect if you prefer not to transport your tree yourself. Our team will ensure your tree arrives safely at your home.
Can I bring my dog to the farm?
Absolutely! Dogs on leads are welcome at our farm. We love having furry friends visit, but please ensure they are kept on a lead at all times for their safety and the comfort of other visitors.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes, we have plenty of free parking available on site. You can park your car conveniently and enjoy your time selecting the perfect Christmas tree without any parking worries.
Do I need to book in advance?
For general, daily visits during our seasonal opening, you do not need to book in advance. Simply come along during our normal opening hours and browse at your leisure.
We don’t require booking for our special or seasonal event days either – you’re welcome to just turn up during their listed hours.
If we ever introduce special events or time slots that require booking, we will always share the details clearly on our home page and social media.
